  • A deductible is the amount of money you must pay for covered healthcare services before your insurance plan starts to pay.

For example, if your deductible is $1,000, you pay the first $1,000 of your covered therapy sessions (and other healthcare services) before your insurance begins to contribute.

  • A co-pay is a fixed amount you pay for a covered service after you've met your deductible (e.g., $30 per session). Therapy is considered a "specialty" so you would pay the specialists co-pay.

Co-insurance is a percentage of the cost of a covered service you pay after you've met your deductible (e.g., your insurance pays 80%, and you pay 20%).

  • If your insurance provider is not listed, we would be considered an "out-of-network" provider for your plan.

In this case, you would pay for sessions directly ($150 per session) and we can provide you with a "superbill" (a detailed receipt), which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits.

  • Yes, therapy services are typically eligible expenses for both Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

You can use these funds to cover the cost of your sessions, whether you are self-paying or covering your co-pay/deductible.

  • We accept all major Credit Cards, and ACH Bank Transfers.

  • We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full self-pay rate ($150) as long as something outside of your control did not occur (i.e. medical emergency).

This policy ensures fair scheduling and allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need.
